FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – 3 FAQ
Q1: What does refurbished mean? Will it have scratches and is battery good?
A: Refurbished means phone was used for few months in UK/US as corporate or demo, returned, checked by Samsung, replaced if needed, and resold. Grade A+ means screen is perfect like new (no scratches), body has very minor micro signs that you cannot see with case. Battery health is 85-92% (we show you in settings). It lasts full day (9 hours screen time). It is NOT brand new sealed, but looks like new and works 100%. We give 30 days warranty. You save KSh 50k compared to new.
Q2: Does it support 2 Safaricom lines and does cover screen work for M-Pesa and WhatsApp?
A: Yes! It has 1 physical Nano SIM slot + eSIM (supports 2 eSIMs). You can use Safaricom physical + Airtel eSIM + Telkom eSIM at same time, total 3 lines active. For M-Pesa, you can check balance, send money, receive STK push on both cover screen and main screen. For WhatsApp, yes you can reply directly from 4.0″ cover screen with full keyboard without opening phone – very convenient when driving or in meeting. Cover screen now runs full apps.
Q3: Does Flip 7 crease break easily and what if it falls? Also what accessories come?
A: New Flip 7 hinge is much stronger – Titanium hinge + Armor Aluminum + IP48 dust & water resistance. Tested for 300,000 folds (8 years). Crease is 85% less visible than Flip 5, you don’t notice when screen is on. If it falls when closed, outer Gorilla Victus 2 protects it. When open, use with case (we give free case). For accessories, this refurbished unit comes with original Samsung Type C cable only (as listed) – no box charger because refurbished. But we have 25W chargers for KSh 2,000 and premium case free. We also apply free screen protector.
